At Geeks Root, we strive to provide high-quality services tailored to our clients’ needs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy below:

1: Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be possible for requests based on a change of mind or if the client decides to proceed with another service provider. Any refund request made more than 24 hours after purchase will not be eligible.

Payments made for third-party services, including but not limited to Google Ads, social media ads, domain registration, and hosting fees, are non-refundable.

2: Full Refund Eligibility

A 100% refund will be issued if Geeks Root is unable to provide the agreed-upon services as outlined in the initial agreement. The refund process will be initiated once the inability to deliver services is confirmed.

3: Partial Refund Policy

If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, we will assess the work completed and may issue a partial refund based on the progress made. The refund amount will be determined fairly, considering the time, effort, and resources already invested in the project.
